1/2 Marathon Training Diary
This is my training diary for my first 1/2 Marathon Training. You can follow along to see how I'm preparing myself to run my first 1/2 marathon in November 2014. Running, cycling and watching my diet (which includes a post workout smoothie) is detailed throughout my training diary.
