- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 2 scoops plain or vanilla frozen yogurt
- sugar; to taste
- ice; to serve

InstructionsCombine mint leaves and low-fat milk into your smoothie blender and process until the mint leaves are finely chopped. Add frozen yogurt and sugar to taste.
