This single serving breakfast smoothie is perfect for those of you making a made dash out the door first thing in the morning. Granola Crunch Breakfast Smoothie Recipe Servings: 1 Serving Ingredients 1/2 cup granola 1 banana 1 cup skim milk (1% or 2%) 2 Tbs. of honey or sugar-free honey substitute 1/2 cup of ice Instructions Combine granola, banana, milk and honey in blender and mix on medium setting. Once smooth add 1/4 cup of ice until silky smooth. Poor it into a go-cup and head off to start your day.
