Smoothie tip: Keep pitted grapes in your freezer and add to this recipe as normal. Then you wouldn't need to chill this smoothie after making it. Simply drink as soon as you're done creating this delicious drink.
Grape & Kiwi Smoothie RecipeServings: 2 Servings
- 1 ripe kiwi fruit; peeled & chopped
- 1 cup white grapes; skinned & pitted
- 2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. acacia honey
- 2 tbsp. full-cream yogurt
InstructionsCombine the kiwi fruit and grapes into your blender along with the lemon juice, acacia honey and yogurt and process until smooth.
Chill for about 30 minutes. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
