Herb Kefir Smoothie RecipeServings: 2 Servings
- 2 tbsp. bean sprouts
- 3-4 tbsp. mixed herbs; chopped
- 9 fl. oz kefir
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. honey
- white pepper
InstructionsWash the bean sprouts very thoroughly and drain in a sieve. Place the herbs in your blender along with the kefir, lemon juice, honey and a pinch of salt. Process finely. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour into two glasses and garnish with the sprouts. Serve immediately.
