Mango Buttermilk Smoothie Recipe
Servings: 2 Servings
1 cup mango; peeled, pitted and chopped
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/3 cup crushed ice
strawberries to decorate (optional)
Place the mango, buttermilk, honey, lemon juice, lemon peel and crushed ice into your favorite smoothie blender and process until smoothielicious. Garnish with strawberries.
