Persimmon Smoothie with Grapefruit RecipeServings: 1 Serving
- 1 persimmon; peeled & chopped
- 1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3-4 tbsp. apple juice
- sugar; to taste
- 3-4 grapefruit slices; for decoration
InstructionsPlace the persimmon into your smoothie blender with sugar, lemon juice, apple juice and process finely. Push through a sieve. Taste and add more sugar if necessary.
Pour into a glass and serve decorated with grapefruit slices.
