- 1 scoop of EAS Chocolate 100% Whey Protein
- 1 cup (8 oz.) Horizon Organic 2% Reduced Fat Milk
- 1 tbsp. Peanut Butter
- 1 Banana
- 2 cups of ice cubes
InstructionsCut banana into 1/4" slices and place into blender. Add milk, protein, peanut butter and ice and blend until smooth.
