
Our soy & banana smoothie is one thick and fulfilling kid's smoothie. This smoothie recipe contains soy milk which is a great alternative for kids with an intolerance or allergy to dairy produce.
Soy Banana Smoothie Recipe
Servings: 1 ServingIngredients
- 1 1/2 bananas, peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp. smooth peanut butter
- 1 cup of soy milk
Instructions
Grab your favorite blender and place the bananas, peanut butter and soy milk into it. Process for about 1 minute or until silky smooth. Pour your delicious smoothie into a glass and serve.
