
Watermelon Smoothie Recipe
Servings: 2 ServingsIngredients
- 2 1/2 cups watermelon flesh
- 2/3 cups galia melon flesh
- 1-2 tsp. raspberry jelly
- 1 tbsp. yogurt
- crushed ice
- fresh mint leaves; to decorate
Instructions
Remove all seeds from the watermelon flesh and process in your blender along with the galia melon, yogurt and raspberry jelly.Pour the mixture into two glasses and fill up with plenty of crushed ice. Add a teaspoon of raspberry jelly to each glass and serve.
