Apple Pie Smoothie RecipeServings: 2 Servings
- 1 apple (peeled, cored, and sliced)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce (optional)
InstructionsPlace apple and frozen banana into blender and blend for 15 seconds. Add the rest of the ingredients into your blender and process until smooth.
