Granola Crunch Breakfast Smoothie RecipeServings: 1 Serving
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 banana
- 1 cup skim milk (1% or 2%)
- 2 Tbs. of honey or sugar-free honey substitute
- 1/2 cup of ice
InstructionsCombine granola, banana, milk and honey in blender and mix on medium setting. Once smooth add 1/4 cup of ice until silky smooth. Poor it into a go-cup and head off to start your day.
