Mango Buttermilk Smoothie RecipeServings: 2 Servings
- 1 cup mango; peeled, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/3 cup crushed ice
- strawberries to decorate (optional)
InstructionsPlace the mango, buttermilk, honey, lemon juice, lemon peel and crushed ice into your favorite smoothie blender and process until smoothielicious. Garnish with strawberries.
