Mango & Coconut Smoothie

Mango & Coconut Smoothie Recipe

Servings: 1 Serving

Ingredients

  • 1/4 ripe mango; pitted, peeled and chopped
  • 2 fl. oz thick coconut milk
  • ice cubes
  • 4 fl. oz seltzer

Instructions

Place the coconut milk and mango in your blender and process until smooth. Pour into a glass half filled with ice cubes then top off with seltzer. Decorate your drink with a cocktail stick.
