Mango & Coconut Smoothie RecipeServings: 1 Serving
- 1/4 ripe mango; pitted, peeled and chopped
- 2 fl. oz thick coconut milk
- ice cubes
- 4 fl. oz seltzer
InstructionsPlace the coconut milk and mango in your blender and process until smooth. Pour into a glass half filled with ice cubes then top off with seltzer. Decorate your drink with a cocktail stick.
