Nana Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Servings: 1 Serving


  • 1 banana; peeled and cut into slices
  • 6 oz buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Pinch of allspice


Pour the buttermilk into your Ninja blender. Add your tablespoon of brown sugar so that it begins to dissolve. Add the rest of the ingredients into your blender and process until smooth.

Pour into a glass that contains 2 or 3 ice cubes.
