Passion Fruit & Nut Smoothie

Passion Fruit & Nut Smoothie Recipe

Servings: 1 Serving


  • 1 passion fruit; pulp and juice (sift if preferred)
  • 1 1/2 mangoes; peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1 banana; peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 Brazil nuts
  • 4 walnut halves
  • 3 blanched almonds
  • Pineapple to decorate (optional)


Place the passion fruit pulp and juice, and all of the other ingredients mentioned above into your blender and process for about 1 minute. It might take a little longer so be sure to process the ingredients until smooth to taste. Pour into a tall glass and server. Decorate with a fresh piece of pineapple.
